Our Lead Pastor

Elder Micah L. Speights is a native of  Los Angeles, CA and currently serves as the Lead Pastor of Be Restored Worship Center. Pastor Micah is a passionate worshipper and practical teacher and preacher of the Word of God, and his mission is to impact  individuals to live an empowered life in Jesus Christ. He received his Christian foundation at the Little Zion Missionary Baptist Church (currently known as Greater Zion Church Family) in Compton, CA under the leadership of the late Rev. Dr. W. Jerome Fisher. It was at Little Zion that his calling in music ministry began and he began directing the choir at the age of 8.  His pursuit of higher education led him to Atlanta, GA and Clark Atlanta University (CAU) where he majored in Mass Communications  with a concentration in Radio, Television & Film Production. While at CAU  he continued his music ministry with  the Inspirational Voices of Faith Gospel Choir (IVOF) as a director and president. IVOF traveled throughout the United States and abroad singing praises and facilitating community service projects. Pastor Micah was licensed and ordained in ministry by the late Bishop Murphy J. Pace at The Powerhouse of Deliverance Cathedral  in Atlanta, GA where he served in the music ministry and church administrator.  Pastor Micah is also the owner & CEO of  The SP8S Group, LLC which specializes in production, songwriting, artist management, and consulting. He has been afforded the opportunity to work with greats in the music and arts industry over the last 20 years including the late Lashun Pace as her booking & personal manager. In the corporate arena Pastor Micah works as a data analyst in finance at a Fortune 500 company. It is the hand of God on his life that has graced him to impact ministry and the marketplace.

Pastor Micah is blessed to be husband to Minister Chanelle Speights (Thornton) and the father of his beautiful daughter Madison Rose.
